How to make the side face look better perfect.

By measuring Ricketts’ E line, or shortly called E line.
It is a line drawn from the tip of the nose to the tip of the chin. It will be a frame covering the mouth area.
To see the distance of the mouth is protruding or contracting from the E line too much or not.

The perfect proportion is a distance of the upper lip from this e-line about 2-4 mm.
And lower lip about 1-2 mm away from the E-line.

Facial exercises will help create dimension and bring out the perfect side face.

Let’s get started

Step 1
Use your forefinger and middle finger to push the tip of your nose up and hold it.
By breathing through the nose and Exhale through your mouth. Do 60 seconds.

Step 2
Use your index finger and middle finger to massage the skin muscles above the upper lip and the skin under the lower lip for 30 seconds.
Place the fingertips of both hands above the upper lip, bend down, press and hold for 20 seconds.
Place the fingertips of both hands under the lower upper lip, bend down, press and hold for 20 seconds.

Step 3
Place your palms on your collarbone, stretch your neck up, and move your lower lip upward 10 times.
Face left and right while moving your lower lip forward 10 times.
Place your thumbs under your chin and use your index fingers together for 20 seconds to sculpt the chin area.

When you’re done, do it twice a day.
